Expedition costs
We effect expeditions both in Italy and abroad, with costs which change depending on nation and merchandise weight, according to the list displayed lower ( select the nation ). In the case in which the merchandise might be delivered in one nation not included in this list, to effect the order it will be necessary to ask for a personalized preventive through the proper functionality (which will be visible at the moment of the order).

Time of delivery
For our expeditions we trust to national expeditionists. The courier delivers by 24/48 hours in all the Italy and 5/6 days in all the world since the day of the departure from the stock.
For available products in stock, at the moment of the effectuation of the order, except problems (see the following paragraph), the pack leaves from our stock by 24 hours since the verification of the effected payment .
Orders received during the week end are dispatched on Monday .
Whether in the order there are products of the catalogue available on reservation, time of delivery will be conditioned on the necessary time to make it. For further information click here .
In case of problems
Although our effort to give to our custumers an impeccable service, sometimes there could be problems. For example, it could happen that the ordered product is not available from stock. In this case we will inform the custumer about the problem by a workday, communicating the time of waiting foreseen for the resolution of the problem.
Then the custumer will be free to choose if wait the necessary time, if modify the order (substituting the product or canceling it from the order) or cancel the whole order.
Naturally the total amount will be relative to the final order, that is relative to the merchandise which actually you will receive at home.
At the moment of the evasion of the order, we send an e-mail to our custumers to inform and provide a tracking number to follow the tracking on-line. Anyway if there might be problems to receive the pack in the foreseen times, the custumer may contact us to inform us about the problem, and we will activate ourselves by the Vector to solve it readily.
Recess right
Purchases made on the website L’intenditore are settled on the Italian law about the mail order (Legislative Decree, 22th of May 1999 n. 185).
PTherefore if the custumer commits a mistake and receives a not ordered product, or he is not satisfied with the purchase, he has 10 workdays of time since the day of the delivery to exert the recess right, that is the possibility to give back the product and to be reimbursed .
To exert the recess right, is it necessary to send back the package by 10 days after the delivery of the merchandise. We will accept it without hesitation, if only the product will be sent in good conditions (undamaged and inside its original packaging) refunding the whole amount (including also shipment costs).
You can exert the recess right by the sending, by the foreseen time, of a written communication to our address by a certified mail with return receipt for registered letters .
The communication can be sent, always by the foreseen time, also by a telegram, telex and facsimile, on condition that is confirmed by a certified mail with return receipt for registered letters by the next 48 hours .
The sending of the pack for the return and of the certified mail with return receipt for registered letters is at expense of the custumer, as provided for the law. In the pack, which must be correctly confectioned, it is necessary to include a copy of the delivery note (or of the invoice, when it is requested) .

The recess right, anyway, cannot be exerted according to the art.5 comma 3 of the Legislative Decree of the 22th of May 1999 n.185 about products with limited durability (fresh products), for which the time of the return could cause the deterioration of the product .
Damaged merchandise, : whether the merchandise might arrive damaged, is it enough to communicate it by 5 workdays by e-mail, phone or fax. We will make retreat the pack by the courier at our expense and we will proceed to the new execution of the order.
