Iacobellis s.r.l. is a company born in 1958 from the initiative of Vito Iacobellis and of his wife Lina. Since the beginning the purpose of the company was that to select, for the sale in the small store, of healthy and genuine products characterised by traditional recipes narrowly connected to the territory.
50 years later, they decided to give a name to all they experience (today handed down to their son Felice and they niece Adriana).
In this way “L’Intenditore” ™ was born.
L’intenditore is a trademark who takes care about all the pahese of marketing. Each product is selected according to a discipline, each prodcut must be genuine, healthy and having traditonal recipes and hand-crafted processings.
From the hills of the Bari Murgia we search for the best companies and the best products which our land (rich of sun, seas, hills and good air) offers, and which are the basis of the famous Mediterranean diet.
Nowadays the variety of offered products is richer and includes wines, “extravrgine” olive oil, pasta, biscuits, taralli, tomatoes, vegetables in “extravergine” olive oil, and more…all produced with exclusively Italian raw materials..
The research of new products, even improving, nowadays includes also small hand-crafted objects, where each item is unique, realized with ancient methods, almost forgotten arts.
