White wine produced by the homonym vine from Toscana cultivated in Minervino countryside and bordering territories
Malvasia grapes is harvested by hand and it is subjected to soft pressing and fermentation without peels and grape-stones so as to obtain a particularly delicate product .
Wine characteristics
Colour: straw-yellow with tenuous greenish reflections
Smell: delicate, not aromatic, savoury, harmonic scent
Taste: dry, delicate, soft, harmonic
Combinations: particularly recommended with dishes with not very intense taste, fish, tender cheese o as aperitif to be served at 10°
