White wine produced with grapes from Moscato bianco and Moscatello vines; the grapes take down the name of the moss of which it recollects the scent.
Grapes is harvested by hand and it is subjected to soft pressing and fermentation without peels and grape-stones so as to obtain a particularly delicate product .

Colour: straw-yellow
Smell: aromatic smell recollecting moss and orange blossoms
Taste: dry, delicate, soft, harmonic, persistent
Combinations: particularly recommended with dishes with not very intense taste, fish, soft cheese o as aperitif to be served at 16°
