Red wine produced in Nero di Troia vine with which it can be obtained the best red wines with appellation contrôllée of North Barese and province of Foggia (Casteldelmonte, Barletta, Canosa, Lucera, Cerignola, Cacc' e mmitte, etc)
Nera di Troia grapes, cultivated in vines of Minervino countryside and bordering territories, is given to the winery after late vintage and worked with fermentation in contact with peel in order to extract aromas and polifenoliche(?) substances making particular assemblages for some days.

Wine characteristics
Colour: deep ruby red
Smell: vinous scent, with berries signs recollecting especially blackberries and liquorice
Taste: dry, savoury, intense, persistent
Combinations: particularly recommended with mixed grill of meat and roasts, hard cheese
